Ms. Dolbeer was appointed to the Senior Executive Service in January 2022. She serves as the Director, Technology Development Directorate, U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Aviation & Missile Center, Redstone Arsenal, AL. TDD provides research, development, engineering and scientific expertise for all aviation and missile science and technology efforts including basic research, applied research, advanced technology development and technology maturation initiatives.
