Student Internship Programs

As a Science and Technology Reinvention Laboratory (STRL), AvMC has direct-hire authorities to streamline and accelerate the hiring process for students hired in the Scientific, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics Student Employment Program (SSEP) and the Professional, Administrative, Assistant, Clerical, and Technician Student Employment Program (PAACTSEP). This allows AvMC to compete successfully with private industry for high-quality STEM, professional, administrative, assistant, clerical, and technician positions.
